Q: am i able to buy a 2010 GeigerCars Chevrolet Camaro SS Kompressor?
i was wondering if they sold this car? is it better or at least as good as the comaro SS?
im going to buy a camaro and was just wondering. i really like this car. the site its at is http://www.sub5zero.com/auto-news/geiger-cars-2010-chevrolet-camaro-ss-kompressor-568-horsepower
thank you

A: Your best bet is to buy the SS camaro and modify it like the one there. You’ll need deep pockets, though. Have fun and good luck.

Q: what car is better a 2010 dodge challenger srt8 or a 2010 chevrolet camaro ss?
better performance

A: With no doubt it is the Challenger SRT 8.

Q: 2006 BMW M5 or 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS?
Okay here’s the deal. I personally think BMW M5 is a superior car compared to the Camaro. But I want to know why Camaro fans love this car so much, besides it was in Transformers. New the Camaro SS costs roughly 40 Thousand. Used the M5 costs 40 thousand. I know the stats, BMW has it hands down. I want to know why you guys love the Camaro so much. Best answer to defend Camaro gets the points. I like to view both sides.
I know there in different categories. I wanna see if the camaro can out do a European car. Right now I’m really liking the answers.

A: If it is about stoplight to stoplight between you in your M5 and me in my 2000 Z28 I’ll take you everytime. The fit and finish isn’t going to be the same, the BMW isn’t going to be designed to impress a person like you too much. They both carry their stigma, the Camaro represents youth, fun, American style, and nostalgia. It is an absolute blast to drive, and the fit and finish of the 2010 Camaro is quite impressive, maybe as good as the BMW, they went all out on this one. The BMW is built for someone that feels they have the image of responsibility, a certain stature, success, and other things. They are both cars, both can be taken from you in a millisecond. It is simply property, but if I were to choose, I would definetely pick the Camaro, and leave the BMW to the man who most likely is wearing his spare tire, doesn’t really know how to have fun. I can be proud knowing I bought an American car, and lately the American car is good enough for me, they aren’t what they used to be. I didn’t send all that money to another country. Even if you buy the BMW used you are still supporting someone else in another country. Keep our cash here.

Q: 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS or 2011 Ford Mustang 5.0?
Looking into getting something to have a little fun with, which of these two vehicles is the better value in your opinion?
This is going to be a weekend car only, so reliability isn’t as big of a deal to me.

A: Mustang for sure! It drives better, is slightly faster through the 1/4 mile, stops quicker, has more storage space… If you get the Camaro then have fun with it! But I have driven both, and the Camaro has horrible blind spots, the interior is crap, there is no “usable” back seat, and it doesn’t get the best of gas mileage. The Mustang 5.0 is the more practical and logical choice. I’m six foot and my head hits the roof on the Camaro, not to mention seeing out the front window, which is a challenge no matter your height. The mustang starts off about 3-4k cheaper as well.

Q: 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8 vs. 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS
Which car is better in your opinion, performance, styling, or both. Thanks. PLEASE disregard price, just look at the cars.

A: The Challenger is the better vehicle.

Q: 2010 Chevrolet Camaro?
hey guys, i couple days ago, my best friends parents had bought a 2010 camaro ss, and from the first time i saw it, i loved it. i figure I couldnt afford a ss but i was wondering how much you believe a used 2010 base model Camaro with the V-6 would cost in 7-10 years time when I am ready to buy it. I am 15 years old by the way thanks alot

A: don’t buy it.

horrible American cars are horrible.

Q: What’s your opinion of the 2010 Chevy Camaro?
http://www.babez.de/2009/03/chevrolet-camaro-ss-2010/

A: I think it’s alright, but it’s not as refined as the Mustang is, so it seems like it could lose some popularity that way.

Also, I hear they’re not gonna make the Z/71 [or some number like that] version due to GM’s financial troubles; that’s a bit of a disappointment, it was pretty nice looking.

Overall, I think it’s a nice [but impractical] car, and the fact that it’s affordable to the same people who are trying to buy a Challenger or Mustang is a plus for Chevrolet.

Q: Where can I find a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro for under $20,000?
I preferably want the RS Model, not the SS Model. 2010, Under 10,000 Miles

A: Not going to happen. The starting price for the base-model V6 is 23,000+. People buying these cars are not going to sell them 3 months later (that’s all the longer they have been available).

As suggested, possibly e-bay, but not for at least a couple of years unless it is wrecked/fixed.

Q: should i get a chevrolet comaro ?
i was wondering what you guys think about the chevrolet comaro 2010. im thinking of getting one. its very nice looking, fast, and a 4 seater unlike the 2seater car that i was going to get(mazda rx7).
what is the best 2010 comaro out there? like the fastest. im thinking the comaro SS, but im not exatly sure. i would take very good care of this car of course, im very good and always take care of things.
i probably want my comaro black. and i want it looking like this—->http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.gotbroken.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/2010-GeigerCars-Chevrolet-Camaro-SS-Kompressor-Front-Side-Picture-588×391.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.gotbroken.com/search/leaves&usg=__HiHG0-rQDMJsJmUuhTzZWR6jrxA=&h=391&w=588&sz=87&hl=en&start=10&um=1&itbs=1&tbnid=IWgh0TYOc8dEcM:&tbnh=90&tbnw=135&prev=/images%3Fq%3D2011%2Bchevrolet%2Bcamaro%2Bss%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26safe%3Dactive%26tbs%3Disch:1….its the 2010 GeigerCars Chevrolet Camaro SS Kompressor. i realy like how it looks.
thanks for the advice.

A: I’m gonna disagree w/ the 1st persons answer completely. GM is emerging from bankruptcy & has been repaying their loans very quickly. I bought a 2010 Chevy Malibu LTZ (pic-http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee132/eagle6014/Malibu2.jpg) and it has been a sweet car thus far. Gm has been doing very good with their quality & it shows. They have slowed production down a bit in order to give all assembly line workers ample time to do their jobs with greater accuracy. In fact I know they shut down the Buick LaCrosse plant down several times to work on quality assurance. I’ve seen the television documentary on the building of the new Camaro. Had my budget been better, I would have bought one over the Malibu.

In order to build the car you want as pictured, you’ll need a 2SS. It’s not taking as long now to get a Camaro as it did when they first came out. If you ordered one on Monday, you would have it inside of 6 weeks, give or take a few days. That GeigerCar is a special conversion done outside of GM. And it looks to me to be very costly. I have no idea how much more, but I would budget another $40-50K just for that in addition to the near $40K the 2SS would cost stock. Now the insurance is another issue. But if you have that money, go for it. It’s certainly unique & I have not ever seen one. Good luck!

Q: How much would it cost to change a 2009 Nissan GTR so it has a normal 6 speed gear box?
It has a dual clutch transmission like this http://cdn.cbsi.com.au/story_media/339290506/nissan-gt-r_13.jpg
I want to know how to change it to a shifter like this http://anycarinfo.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/2010-chevrolet-camaro-ss_interior.jpg
I like shifting gears more that’s why i want to change it.

A: It would cost many thousands of dollars if it’s at all possible, and it will lower the value of the car.

Just buy a 370Z instead, better looks, half the price, and a real transmission.

Q: About how much will a used car cost in the future?
The ones I am interested in are:

2010 Chevrolet Camaro (SS)-around $34,000

2009 Dodge Challenger (RT Classic J Package)-around $35,000

2009 Toyota Venza FWD V6- around $30,000

2009 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Coupe-around $31,000

2009 Nissan Maxima 3.5S-around $31,000

2009 Nissan Altima Sedan 3.5 SE-around $31,000

So about how much will any of these cars cost in about 6-7 years? I would want them to be in almost new condition (really nice still) and have less than 100,000 (less than 75,000 is preferable).
I am also interested in the 2009/2010 Ford Mustang GT Premium-around $30,000

A: There is no way to know. The market at the time will dictate the values. There is no crystal ball.

Q: Chevrolet Camaro.. V-6 Or V-8?
I know this is a stupid question, but really, the brand new 2010 Camaro, i plan to buy one of these awesome cars in a few years time, and I was just wondering, even though the SS is a really fast and powerful car, do you think a V-6 in this car could also be a good choise? I would also probably supercharge the V-6 to increase the power. I heard it was a wonderful engine, but would it be stupid to settle for the base car instead of going the extra mile?
Also, even tho this has little to do with the actual question, is it possible that the Camaro is on par with the Mustang in terms of how much girls like it? Or in other words, is the Camaro on par with the Stang. I thought it was, because my friends parents own one,and there were maybe 20 girls standing in front of my high school, saying woah, check out that damn car!! They loved it lol

A: The V6 has enough power to haul some serious ass. At 304hp, it’s deadly, especially or a V6. There are some V8’s that don’t even get that, or if they do, not much more (Lookin’ at you GT).
You have to choose what’s economically better for your position. A V6 means lower insurance, less spent on gas (better fuel economy) and an overall more inexpensive purchase.

Q: question for G.M about the 2010 camaro?
im from montreal, canada and going to L.A and while im there i might pick up the camaro ss
the thing is can i drive it back?
do i get a temp plate that allows me to drive the car back across the Canadian border?
IF i wanted to can i get GM to ship it to my place in canada?( just in case)
also IF i get it shipped does GM take care of the paperwork?
the only restriction from bringing a camaro from the U.S is is the following:
Most U.S. GM vehicles (except Chevrolet Aveo, Pontiac Vibe and Saturn Astra) may be equipped with a switch that can turn off the Daytime Running Lamps (DRLs) while vehicle is in motion. In Canada, DRLs must be permanently on once vehicle is in motion.
is there this option in the camaro?

A: The 2010 Chevrolet Camaro in its American version does have the option to turn off the Daytime Running Lights. The Canadian version does not have this option. I would follow the advice given above. GM does not facilitate the exportation of vehicles post purchase. I hope that helps you.

Q: What would cost more: buying a brand new car or restoring a classic car?
The brand new car would be like a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro. The one in need of restoration would be a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS. Also, when restoring a car with a manual transmission, can you just swap it for an automatic transmission right there?
I don’t want to swap it, I was just curious if it could be done right there. Like if someone wanted to drive it but they didn’t know how to drive with a manual transmission, I wouldn’t want them to break my car.
I am considering it. Is it a good first car, because I’ve read so many comments on YouTube about how people owned these godly road machines in high school.

A: The starting cost would would be the same (more or less) but in 1 year the 2010 would lose half of its value while the 1970 would stay the same.
In 10 years the 2010 would be worth maybe 1/4 of new while the 1970 might increase in value.
You can swap the manual for an auto but you would be better off to keep it original.

Q: What is your opinion on the 2010 Chevy Camaro?
Don’t let my opinions influence your answer. Be honest! But here are some of my opinions on it. Keep in mind that I am a diehard Chevrolet fan, and my favorite cars on earth are Camaros!

I like the new Camaros. The performance aspect is very impressive. I haven’t actually test driven a new Camaro yet, but all the reviews that I have read are excellent. Even the V6 Camaro has over 300HP. The V8 SS Camaros have 400-426HP. I have mixed feelings, however, about the interior. I have read that Chevy used cheap materials to make the cabin/dash/etc. That’s disappointing. I also don’t like the fact that the new Camaros look disturbingly similar to the Dodge Charger and the Ford Mustang. Am I the only one that thinks that they all look too much alike? I am referring to the external appearance of the cars.

I wonder if the new Camaros are indeed reliable. The 3.8L V6 engine that came in Firebirds and Camaros is/was a quite dependable motor. I used to own a V6 Firebird (1996), and it was the most reliable car I have ever owned! I know that the new Camaros have a 3.6L motor (V6), so I don’t know anything at all about them. I think that the Cadillac STX? or something also has the 3.6L engine available.

I hope to own a new Camaro at some point in the future. What is your opinion on the new Camaros?

A: Personally, I like the looks of the Mustang and Challenger better. The Camaro has a ugly grill and rear end to me.
